Financial supervision — disclaimer. The Operator is not a credit institution, payment institution, electronic-money institution or investment firm under Estonian law and is not authorised or supervised by the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon, fi.ee). All payments are processed by independent licensed payment service providers (Stripe, EveryPay) under their own contracts.
Anti-money laundering — disclaimer. The Operator is not an obligated entity within the meaning of the Estonian Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act (RahaPTS). The Service is a software tool for accounting and tax-declaration preparation; it does not perform customer due diligence, sanctions screening or transaction monitoring on behalf of users.
3. Dispute resolution
Consumers in the European Union may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr. The Operator is, however, neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
4. Liability for content
Pursuant to § 14¹ VÕS the Operator is responsible for its own content on this website according to general laws. The Operator is not, however, liable for the content of external websites that are linked to from arve.whait.ee.
5. Copyright
Content and works on this website created by the Operator are subject to Estonian copyright law. Reproduction, processing, distribution or any kind of commercial exploitation of such material outside the limits of copyright law requires prior written consent of the Operator.
