Accessibility Statement

We want Arvepidaja to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement describes the current accessibility status of the website at https://arve.whait.ee.

Conformance status

We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. The website largely follows these guidelines; it has not yet had a formal third-party accessibility audit, so some criteria may only be partially met.

Microenterprise note

Xprofit OÜ is a microenterprise. Under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), microenterprises that provide services are exempt from its accessibility requirements. We work on accessibility voluntarily nonetheless, because the website should be usable by as many people as possible.

What we have done

• The whole site can be operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• A "skip to main content" link is available at the top of every page.
• Pages declare their language and use a logical heading structure.
• Form fields have labels; errors are shown with both an icon and explanatory text, not colour alone.
• Interface controls use ARIA attributes where needed, and informative images have text alternatives.

Known limitations

We are still improving the contrast of some secondary text and the full layout reflow at 200% zoom. If you hit a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us.
